About the Author

Dr. Robert Griffith is a pastor, professor, author, and speaker with leadership experience in multicultural and multigenerational churches. He has served in executive and senior leadership roles for congregations throughout the United States with a focus on revitalization, discipleship, and community impact. 

Dr. Griffith is the author of Fostering Jesus, a work born out of personal conviction and lived experience. As adoptive parents of a multicultural family, the Griffiths are passionate advocates for foster care and adoption, helping mobilize churches to engage vulnerable children and families in practical, gospel-centered ways. 

In addition to his pastoral leadership, Dr. Griffith is the founder of a nonprofit dedicated to supporting foster care initiatives and has worked alongside churches, organizations, and leaders across the country to build sustainable outreach models. His teaching emphasizes spiritual formation, leadership development, and the activation of compassion within the local church. 

Dr. Griffith holds a Doctor of Ministry degree and has served as a coach, team builder, and mentor to leaders in ministry and organizational settings.
